Hard rock group Stop from Zagreb was formed in 1979 by Nikola Sarapa Vaso (guitar), Mladen Mostečak (bass), Srećko Fadiga (drums) and Slobodan Furtinović (guitar). Third album "Hey Jimi" dedicated to Jimi Hendrix was recorded as trio without Slobodan Furtinović. Enjoy it!!!
Band Kim second album "Za kim zvona zvone" was recorded at studio VI Radio Belgrade and studio V PGP RTB on Aphex Aurol Exiter and released on 11th of February in 1982. Album was produced by Kire Mitrev band leader and one of the best musicans around. Band members were: Kire Mitrev (vocal, trombon), Silva Delovska (vocal), Aleksandra Dinić (vocal), Marina Švabić (vocal), Goce Dimitrovski (flugelhorn), Branko Marković (bass), Enes Mekić (acoustic and electric guitars), Kris Nikols (fender rhodes piano) and Miroslav Karlović (drums and percussions). Guests on album were: Kornelije Kovač (keyborad), Vladimir Furduj (drums), Bogdan Kosanović (piano), Slobodan Marković (keyboard), Miša Blam (bass) and Lazar Tošić (drums).
Belgrade group Košava only album "Crveno vino" was recorded in "SIM" studio in Zagreb and released on 13th of August in 1986. Band members were: Aleksandar Vasiljević (vocal, guitar), Aleksandar Lukić (bass), Miloš Obrenović (drums) and Aleksandar Ralev (keyboard).
New Wave band Radio from Sarajevo is presented today on our blog. Their first album "Rampampila" was recorded in January 1981 at studio "Tetrapak", Split and produced by Ranko Boban. Band members were: Negra Bulbulija (vocal), Neven Đokić (guitar), Mirza Hajbić (bass), Damir Misirlić (keyborad) and Dubravko Smolčić (drums).
Đorđe Balašević started his solo career in 1982 with the album "Pub" (Jack) which was excellently received too. Shortly after he had a role in TV series "Pop Ćira i pop Spira". In the following 1982/83 tour he sold out Belgrade's Sava Center hall for the first time. His Sava Center concerts would become his trademark in years to follow. Here is debut solo album "Pub".

The Animatori third album "Dok ležim cijeli dan u sjeni" was recorded in studio "Tivoli" in Ljubljana in autumn 1987 and produced by Branko Bogunović. Band members were: Krešimir Blažević (vocal, guitar), Vatroslav Markušić (violin), Andro Purtić (bass), Dražen Đomek (drums) and Predrag Miljuš (guitar). Special guest on album was Zoran Predin (ex. Lačni Franz) in song "Bijeg".

Parni Valjak (trans. "Steamroller") was a Croatian and former Yugoslav rock band. They were one of the top acts of the former Yugoslav Rock scene. Parni Valjak was founded in 1975. Unlike many rock bands that would come later, their style was becoming more mainstream, becoming closer to pop, especially compared with the bands like Prljavo Kazalište or Azra. Here is their album "Vrijeme je na našoj strani" released in 1981, remastered. Album had three big hits "Kao ti", "Staška" and "Moje dnevne paranoje".
Kameleoni played often in Austria and Italy. They also played in famous Piper club in Rome. In 1968 they have some members changes and they make music for film "Soncni krik" (Sunny Cry). They split up 1969 but they have reunion concert in 1981 when they make their first long play record. Here is their cd compilation released in 1994.

La Strada only album was recorded in Studio 1 Radio Novi Sad in 1986 in one day and released in 500 copies. Band members were: Slobodan Tišma (vocal), Jasmina Mitrušić (keyborads), Horvat Žolt (guitar), Daniel Stari (bass) and Robert Radić (drums).
At the beginning of the 70's Indexi toured extensively and played at many pop festivals, making plans at the same time for recording their first LP album. Producers in the phonographic companies, however, insisted on their making hit-singles only. In this period they played in Soviet Union, Poland and Bulgaria in addition to frequent concert performances across Yugoslavia. Here is their single "Plima".
